Is There A Song About Boobies?

I wonder if this title means that you cannot access my blog from a computer that has any kind of parenting or business monitoring on it. Oops so sorry!

Weird, weird, title. I know. But I think it is very important to share with you one of the best things I have ever used. I cannot remember who recommended this site to me, but they used the site after watching a rave review of this company on Oprah.

www.enell.com

This company sells the most amazing sports bras in the world, well at least in my world. Are you laughing because I am currently blogging about a stupid sports bra? Well don't. It has changed my life. Okay now that I am being dramatic let me tell you about this bra. It has so much support for any size chest (especially great support for those who need it). I mean it is amazing.
It is tight yet comfortable. It has about 20 or so clasps that connect on the front and is composed of spandex and nylon. It is extremely durable and machine washable. Their customer service has been great each time I have ordered one and if you order a pink one online, 10% of their profits go to FORCE - an organization created to help those affected by cancer.

Anyways,  I just ordered another one and wanted to share this site with those who may need that support! Hehe. Seriously, these are not the cheapest undergarments, but it is well worth the price.

The site offers every day bras and tees, but I only use the sport one. And if you get one and say you heard about it from me, maybe I will get a free one or Oprah can interview me about it the same day Britney or Cam Newton is on her show.....Okay I'm done.

As I have stated before, I heart carbs. I mean like really heart them. So it was exciting to find this recipe where red potatoes are used and not covered in fat. It was a yummy side and gave me my fix for potatoes. Although it takes a good minute to cook, it's worth it.

As Promised.....

I can now upload pics of M and I!

Last week we went to get frozen yogurt. This week I went to her softball game - her team name is Orange Crush. Their colors are blue and orange. Her coach is an AU fan. Hence, the reason for the auburn like colors - which is probably why her team is undefeated. Bam!

After her game we went to CiCi's. I haven't eaten there in probably 10 years. They have a mac n cheese pizza. It was kind of amazing. It's a good thing I ran yesterday.

On that side note, I ran 5.5 miles. I have my first 10K at the end of the month so I have about 3 weeks to add .7 of a mile to my run. That should be doable, right?

After our first meeting at the office.
All finished at Chill.
Chowing down on the mac n cheese pizza. Amazing.
I'm pretty sure she is over pictures.

"Get Your Freak On"

The hubby is taking over my blog.

He is selling a fabulous softball bat that is not allowed in his league, ASA. Please pass this great deal along to any friends, son, hubbies, etc. that like to play softball.  Please click the link below for more detailed information as it would be a great less expensive gift for a softball player.

"Hey Soul Sister"

I feel like I have been so busy these past few weeks.

Between visitors, trips to ATL, Wrestlemania (yes you read that right) and more visitors, I feel like I haven't had time to update the blog. My bad. Plus, our computer is in full sketch mode so it's a rare occurrence if I can complete a post without my computer freaking out and my screen turning into a pinstripe design. Yup, sketchy.

Regardless, I have alot to catch up on and I was lucky enough to post two new recipes.

Cheers.

One of my newest adventures is being a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Oh what's that? Your heart just stopped over the tiny fact that I will be mentoring a young child? Join the club!
My little sis will be addressed on the blog as "M." I met M last week and had our first outing yesterday. M is a triplet (way cool right?) and she is in 3rd grade. I have a few pictures on my phone, but honestly I am not sure if I am allowed to post them on my blog. Yesterday, I took M to Chill (awesome frozen yogurt place where you can make your own creations) and it was quite fun. I was afraid it would be awkward, but she opened up more once we finished our treats or she was jacked up on sugar.M is very sweet and is a good mix between being a sporty girl and a girly girl. I am looking forward to this experience! The best part of the outing? At Chill she asked me why I liked Auburn. My reply? "It's the greatest school in the nation." Her response? "Oh I cheer for Bama." Ahhh. Now it is clear why she needs me in her life! ;)

On another positive note, I found my camera charger! You might get to see better pictures aside from the magnificent ones from my iphone.I guess I will be forced to do more updates now.

Lastly, I am requesting many prayers for tomorrow. It is NOTHING bad. J and I are fine. The family is fine. But, if you happen to think about it, send a prayer my way!

Spicy London Broil with Scalloped Potatoes

Spicy London Broil:
1.5t chili powder
1/2t paprika
1/2t cumin
1/8 ground pepper
1/8t cinnamon
1 lb London Broil

Mix the seasonings together and sprinkle both sides of the meat - let it stand for 15 minutes. Broil 5" inches from heat until cooked through (roughly 5-7 minutes on each side). Let it stand for about 10 minutes and cut it into think slices before serving.

J really liked this meal. I enjoyed it, but wasn't a huge fan - maybe it's more of a "man" dinner. It was a nice spice mixture - it gave it some kick, but it definitely was not too hot.

Scalloped Potatoes:
4C potatoes - thinly sliced, raw
1 onion
1T parsley
3T whole grain flour
1/8t pepper
1.5t salt
3T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1.5C skim milk

Layer the potatoes and onions in dish sprinkling flour in between each layer. Heat butter and milk - season with s&p and parsley. Pour sauce over dish. Back 1 hour covered at 350 degrees. Remove the cover and bake for 30 additional minutes.

This is a great dish for potatoes that is not too high in fat, calories, etc. It made a ton so be prepared for leftovers!

"Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada (Soup)"

Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada:
1C fat free sour cream
1/2 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2T fresh cilantro - chopped
1 adn 1/4C chicken breast - cooked and shredded
1/2 can Mexican Rotel
1/2C onion - chopped
1/2 can green chiles - diced

For Soup:
Add 2C fat free chicken broth

Mix sour cream, soup and cilantro in a saucepan. Heat and set aside. Combine chicken, rotel, onions and chilies in a pan and heat until the onions are transparent. Mix the chicken mixture and sour cream mixture in a large saucepan. Heat through and serve. *At this point you can add the chicken broth to make it a soup or add it later for leftovers.* Makes 4 and can be served with chips or tortillas.

I adore this recipe. It is simple to make and taste delicious! For an enchilada dish it is low in calories depending on what you serve it with. I have used leftover to turn it into a soup and it is tasty as well.
